In the state of Ohio you have the choice to select your own physical therapist who can initiate evaluation and treatment without a referral from a physician. The physical therapist will coordinate your care with your primary care doctor or physician of your choice.

We accept most major insurances, Medicare, and Workers Compensation. Please call so that we can verify your individual plan. Although we will work to check your benefits, it is also important for you to contact your carrier to review your benefits for accuracy.
